Yoga Offerings Feb 2021

Here you can find all of the details on my upcoming yoga classes and the type of class I offer!

In a class we practice Hatha Yoga. This practice involves Yoga Nidra, Asana, and Meditation. In the Yoga Nidra, we begin the practice with relaxation and breathwork. The intention of the class is set in this space. In the Asana, the class works on movement with the breath and dynamic postures that evoke a feeling within the body and mind. The postures create strength, flexibility, and a greater range of movement in the body. The mediation centres the mind with breathwork, visualisations and chanting.
