Online Teen Yoga
Starting Monday the 31st of August!
New online offering! Calling all teens to join me Monday afternoons for a relaxing and grounding yoga class. In this space, we will explore breathwork, movement and meditation to help manage stress and anxiety.
This class is brought to you by Park Orchards Community House & Learning Centre. This free class is aimed to provide teens with the space to practice yoga and take time out for themselves.
What you will learn:
Stretching and gentle movement
Breathing practices
Techniques to feel more relaxed and calm
What you will get:
A chance to relax, to get out of your head and into your body!
When:
Monday 4:30pm – 5:15pm

What to bring:
A yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and your water bottle or cup of tea
What to wear:
Wear comfy clothes
